How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to send it back to us by any courier .Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns can be made within 15 days from date of purchase.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns at are always free of charge. If you have used your own courier to return the product , we will give you equivalent shopping voucher.

How will I receive my refund?

The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product.

When will I receive my refund?

Typically ,refunds are credited into your account in 5 working days . This varies from bank to bank ,We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, since this falls in the Cardholder's issuing bank’s purview.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange my products?

You can exchange the product by sending the same back to the place it was shipped from (TWILLS CLOTHING); the exchange will be affected as soon as it received provided.

In the above case the proposed exchange product should be in perfect condition with the original tags and the exchange should be done within 15 days of purchase.

With in how many days can i cancel my order?

From the ordered date, You can cancel your product with in 7 Business working Days.
