In which countries is it possible to shop online?

We are delivering only in India.

Are the online store prices the same as those in Twills store?

Yes, but if there are any differences between the prices shown on the website and the price tags of the garments themselves, the correct price will always be that marked on the price tag.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. In rare cases, one or more product(s) in your order might go out of stock. You will receive a refund in such cases.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Twills latest new products and offers?

Yes. Please click on the Newsletter link on the bottom of the page and enter your email address.

Can I cancel my Twills Newsletter subscription?

Yes, by clicking on the unsubscribe button on your newsletter.

How do I create an account at twillsonline.in?

You can easily create your own Twills online account by simply providing your name, e-mail and password. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 digits.

Why do I have to create an account at twillsonline.in?

When you log in to your account, your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to My twillsonline.in, where you can get a full overview of your account, order history and personal details. Customers need to first create an account before placing an order at twillsonline.in.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section by clicking on the forgot password link and entering the email address you used to register the account. You will receive an email with your new password.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
